It was a windy and snowy day for tennis, but the Lady Bears pulled off a major victory and earned the top seed for the region tournament this week. 

The team traveled to Northview, Monday, March 25, and delivered a hard fought 3-2 victory over the Titans who had been unbeaten. This win guaranteed the Cambridge Lady Bears the number one seed in the region tournament.

Karah James fell to a tough opponent at one singles. Hannah Baird held off  her opponents' late surge to win at two singles. Kayla Rycroft won her match utilizing several well timed slices. Kiley Dempsey and Brenna Feirer played well but fell to a very talented one doubles from Northview.  Alyssa Mcdonald and Hannah Walden secured a great win for the team at two doubles!!!
