Final- Cambridge Girls JV Soccer falls short to Roswell, losing 1-0. Only goal in the game was scored with 5 minutes left in the game.

Game highlights:

• Only goal scored with 5:00 minutes left (2nd half) in the game by Roswell
• Anna Johnson (goalie-0) - Had over 21 saves between 1st/2nd half. She frustrated the Roswell offense in connecting to score most of game.
• Ansley Williams (35) - Had an awesome defensive block with 12:00 minutes left in 2nd half to shoot down score by Roswell
• Cat Powers (32) - Had a wonderful run on goal down the side but couldn't connect to score.
• Defenders: Excellent work for this game... Isabella Godby (28), Emma Floum (36), Shura McCartin (37)

Girls JV team now will tackle to prepare for Monday 2/22 against Creekview @5:55PM at home.

Tough loss for the first game but we march on for next week!
