The Cambridge Girls Golf team placed third at the Region 7 AAAAA tournament! The tournament was held Wednesday April 22nd at Bentwater Country Club.

Tiffany Elam led the team with a 78, and she received a medal for the 2nd lowest individual score at the tournament. Heather Kipniss shot an 88 and was the 8th lowest individual. Amelia Green finished with a 99 and Lindsey Smith finished with a 111.

The team score was 265, following Creekview at 259 and Dalton at 250.

The team qualifed for the GHSA State Sectionals tournament at Heron Bay on Monday, May 4.

The Cambridge girls played a match against Lambert High School on Monday, April 27 at Laurel Springs Golf Club.

Tiffany Elam led the team with a 41, Heather Kipniss followed with a 43, Amelia Green shot a 55, Lindsey Smith shot a 59, and Tayler Bakotic shot a 63.
