The Cambridge Lady Bears Golf team Won the GHSA 5A State Championship Monday, May 19th at the Jones Creek Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

The team finished with a score of 223, beating second place Gainesville High School by 25 strokes.

Junior Sabrina Long led the team with a 1 under par 71 and was the Individual Low Medalist State Champion!

Junior Rachel Dai followed with a 75, Junior Tiffany Elam with a 77, and Junior Payton Schanen with an 89.

The tournament was an impressive finish to an already fantastic season, including a win at the Region Championship, four tournament wins, and several low-medalist awards.
