Congratulations to Sabrina Long and Payton Schanen for winning the Golden Lion Challenge with an impressive 10 under par score of 60 in the two-person scramble event at The Trophy Club of Apalachee in Dacula, on Monday, April 29th.
They defeated 22 other two-person teams. Also competing for the Lady Bears were the team of Rachel Dai and Caroline Russell who finished in 6th place with a 5 under par 66.
The Lady Bears now are preparing to compete in the AAAAA State Championship to be held Monday, May 20th at Jekyll Island.
