Hi! My name is Sarah Meredith, and I am a first-year coach for Cross Country and Track and Field.

Being an alum from both of these programs myself (current school record holder for discus), I hope to bring my athletes the same encouragement and growth that I received during my time as an athlete here.

While at Cambridge I was also a part of Flag Football’s inaugural team.

Currently I am in my last semester of college at Kennesaw State University studying to become a physical education teacher.

In college I also had the honor of playing on their women's rugby team. I am excited to be back at Cambridge and know that we have a great season ahead of us.
