Bring your glove, shorts, cleats, & batting helmet (if you have one).

*Ladies must have their Fulton County Athletic Participation forms completed along with a current physical on file at the school in order to tryout.

Remember, most parents forget to sign "The Athlete with Special Needs: Supplemental History Form."  This form must be completed by EVERYONE and only acknowledges that there isn't anything extra we need to know about your child.
