The Cambridge Lady Bears got it back on the winning track on on Tuesday evening (Sept. 10) by coming from behind to edge the Kell Longhorns at the Bear Den by a score of 5 - 2.
The Bears stranded 11 runners through 5 innings and entered the bottom of the sixth trailing 2 - 0. With the bases loaded once again, Keara Napoli backed her strong pitching performance with a bases clearing double to right field to launch the bears ahead. An RBI bunt by Diggy Dixon, and an RBI single by Mariah Kubik finished the scoring and sealing the win.
The Bears set down the Longhorns in order in the top of the seventh for a big region comeback victory.
