The Cambridge Bears Men's Tennis team lost a close non-region match to Mill Creek on Thursday, March 28th by a score of 3-2.
The format was a unique 8 game pro set to accommodate both the Men's and Lady Bear's matches in the same afternoon. It was a great afternoon of high level Bear tennis and great to see so many supporters out cheering on the Bears. The results of the men's matches were as follows:
- Michael Feirer lost in a well played match at 1 singles. David Ashcom lost in an extremely close match at 2 singles and Kaivon Mohseni lost at 3 singles.
- The 1 doubles team of Brenner Lapid/Zac Hirschler won in a close, well played match and the 2 doubles team of Kez Fitzgerald/Grant Hollingsworth won convincingly.
Next up for the Bears Tennis team when they return from spring break are the all important region playoffs starting on April 10th.
