The Cambridge men's tennis team got back on the winning track in a big way by defeating Sequoyah 5-0 Thursday March 14th.
The following were the individual scores from last Thursday's match:
1 singles Michael Feirer won 6-2, 6-0
2 singles David Ashcom won 6-3, 6-0
3 singles Carson Harrell won 6-1, 6-0
1 doubles Kaivon Mohseni/Cameron Croom won 6-1, 6-0
2 doubles Ryan Ferguson/Grant Hollingsworth won 6-0, 6-0
The Bears aggressive play paid dividends in the end.
Next up for the men's Cambridge team is North Springs at home on Tuesday, March 19th at 4 pm.
Also Zola's is hosting a fundraiser for the men's and women's team on Monday March 18. A percentage of the proceeds from the meals that are from Cambridge patrons will go to the Cambridge tennis program.
