Cambridge Football Players Achieve GHSA All-Region Honors

Around 9:00 am on Thursday, November 16th, Coach Bennett released the all-region players for Cambridge football. The Bears landed four first team players: wide receiver Ridge Polk (Jr), offensive lineman Kasra Bojnordi (Jr), defensive back Zach Furr (Sr), and linebacker Will Covington (Sr).

The senior Matthew Briesemeister surprised the region in his only starting year at Cambridge and earned second team All-Region honors.

Honorable mentions include offensive lineman Walker Peed (Sr), defensive lineman Daniel Graham (So), and wide receiver/quarterback Evan Kuykendall (Sr).

Selection to the All-Region team is extremely difficult. Please congratulate these players on their tremendous achievements.
